I hopr i have posted in the correct forum.

Can anybody shed any light on the pot at the following address;

It may be crap, but I would like to know more about.

Any clues, or info on its history or value greatly appreciated.

If you like it then it isn't crap. Crap is a matter of opinion.

You would do best to ask your questions about this piece in alt. antiques or
rec.antiques. This is a pottery making group and the collecting we do is
our own work or the works of other potters we admire.
I also suggest you check the antiques section at your local library. You
should find numerous collecting guides there.
