Get myself busted eh? I have a tobacco license and a reseller license to do
business in CT. I sell glass pipes and water pipes for tobacco use only. If
you check the DEA website you would see that I'm well within the law. I've
even gone as far as to consult lawyers on the issue.

I'm still looking for producers of quality glass pipes and water pipes.
Please contact me at .

I guess you didn't notice last year when Ashcroft announced the big nation
wide bust of bong distributors.
( not the manufactures)

The most notable being Chong (of Cheech and Chong) In fact he just got out
of jail last week!. If I'm not mistaken, they were busted for selling bongs
over the internet and crossing state lines.

Maybe you should hire a couple more lawyers...just in case.

You're absolutely right bongs are illegal and on the list of items on the
DEA website that are paraphernalia. However, I do not sell bongs. Thanks

all
for your concern about the legality of my business.

A rose by any other name....???

Actually, yes. A rose by any other name may not be illegal. Here in my home
town, it is illegal to sell a "bong" but it is legal to sell a "carburated
water pipe." Technically, they are the same thing, but the law is written to
the letter, not the spirit.

Yes, it's a case of semantics, but such is the case.
