Do I show up? I really do prefer reading newsgroups in my email program. But
if I don't show up, I'll just use the google interface.

Cool! Then as long as my computer is on the coffee table instead of the
computer desk (so I can use my neighbor's wireless instead of msn dialup,
because msn blocks the ports used for newsgroups), then I'm ready to go!

Now all I need is time to read and post. Anyone able to help with that
(while keeping my day job of course. Maybe if I go without sleep???)

Does your neighbor know you're piggybacking on their wireless? It really
nice if they have given you the password to use their network. My son saved
a lot of $ by sharing with his neighbor. He just paid a small portion of
their cable modem fee.
