Cowboy Boot stocking

I could swear I saw a pattern in one of my magazines for a Christmas
stocking shaped like a cowboy boot, but now I can't find it! And I already
promised DS that I would make it for him! Has anybody seen one in a
magazine? If I knew which issue I was searching for, that might make it
easier to find!

Here's a basic pattern that can be used with a boot shape, if you're handy
at drawing.

OK, I finally found the magazine, but it turned out to be a Victorian boot
in a British patchwork mag. So, I'm only half crazy!
