Coleman has many different battery-operated lanterns ranging from tiny
ones on AA batteries to monsters requiring 8 "D" cells. Perhaps the
people who like their lanterns could give more specifics.

I don't recognize which lamp he had, but I remember thinking it would work
to knit or crochet by! the Northstar ones look the closest
