Default Need source for red waistband elastic

I have searched my local fabric stores as well as the web with no luck.
Does anyone have a source for Red Waistband (2-4 inch wide) elastic
like is on boxer shorts.

Thanks in advance,

Do you mean the color red, as in red elastic? Or skivvie elastic which
has a red line running through it?
I haven't come across any skivvie elastic during any of my extensive
textile supplier searches. This, of course, doesn't mean it isn't
available.

A few more places to try:
www.zippersource.com (sewing notions at discount prices);
www.NewarkDressmakerSupply.com (order a catalog, but no online store);
Gohn Bros (oops-sorry, no addy);
musing aloudWhat's that place in Pa. which caters to the Amish? I
wonder if they might have it...or is that Gohn bros?:

Yes, I ment the color red not skivvie elastic. I check some of the links
you gave Cea. No luck but you did give me ideas of where to check next.
I called Vogue Fabrics in Evanston, Ill. They don't carry it but the
gentleman kindly told me to call the Hancocks in Chicago and ask for
novelty elastics. Haven't had a chance to call them but did start looking
for novelty elastic on-line. I a manufacture QST that appears to have
what I want. I requested samples and a quote.
Thanks for you help Cea.
