I have tried to contact many people for samples but so far no luck or
info from any venders etc. Thanks for your help.

As I suspected, the thin marble that I have cuts fairly easily with
either the reinforced cutoff wheel for the Dremel or the diamond
wheels. I imagine the composition cutoff whells would work also, but
you have to be careful with those, because they are brittle and they
will break easily. You could also use a regular hacksaw with a fine
blade or a hacksaw or coping saw frame with one of the composite
carbide blades...they look like a piece of spagetti that has been
slathered with glue and then rolled in gravel, but they cut just about
anything, including marble.
