ideas for dollhouse floor tiles

Does anyone have any cheap ideas for black and white floor tiles, and
dollhouse crown molding, and chair rails? I would appreciate hearing
from you all. thanks!

Plastic black and white tile sheets and possibly paper ones are sold and are
fairly reasonable in price. Handley house has it on their website

are wholesale only but they have many, many retailers representing them
online and you can do a search for one.

Wilma, Paint sample chips from the hardware store, cut light-colored card
to fit your floor and cut your chips into the shapes you want, glue them
down & seal with a semi-gloss or gloss sealer.
1/4" strip wood makes nice chairrail/ crown molding, "fancy up the latter by
gluing lace to the sides that show before painting; or you could use
ornamental flat braid for crown molding & paint that.
