Well, last week I did finish my Hoffman Challenge quilt and got it off
in the mail. I am not sure the quilt came out the way I wanted it to, it was a big change in style for me. BG All hand pieced, but machine quilted. Hexagons, starting out with a traditional Grandmother's Flower Garden, that morphed into an overgrown garden..... with surprises that many of you helped me with. Thanks again to those who sent me little bits of fabric. BG If you would like to see pics, there are some not great ones on my webshots, in the Hoffman folder. Never did get a picture of the complete quilt. but you should be able to get the idea. G Pati, in Phx, still not sure whether or not I like the finished product..... http://community.webshots.com/user/PatiCooks |

Beautifully made, Pati - and so unusual. The quilting looks lovely -
and complements the piecing so well. I love the little hidden things - I do hope everyone goes looking for them. ..
