Default Anything softer than sculpey primo?

I'm having a really hard time getting primo clay to get soft enought to
do detailed work - it's really leathery and crumbly. (Did I get a bad
batch?)

What is the "softest" polymer clay out there?

Sculpey 3 but it's not nearly as strong after you bake it. The premo
varies in softness a lot in my experience but not once you get it
warmed up. Hold it in your hands for awhile before you start kneading,
also try adding some liquid sculpey or diluent to it. I have some premo
that is like what you're describing but I did get it quite soft after
kneading it awhile and mixing with softer blocks/colors. Other premo I
have is super soft right out of the package. Sometimes it can get
exposed to heat and gets partially baked, then there's nothing you can
do for it.

Aaron,

It sounds like you have a bad batch - probably got partially baked
during shipment. I'd return it for new.

Nurturing doesn't end at birth: breastfeed, co-sleep, babywear.

There is a very fine line between a hobby and mental illness.
