Vintage Carpet Fitting manual 1905 FA

Handbook for Carpet Measurers,Cutters and Salesmen , 1905 Some ink on
inside of board,otherwise in VGC. 137 pages.
How rare is this? I don't think I've ever come across such an item
before..advanced carpet measuring ,even covers such matters as
measuring up to carpet a boat,a church,a theatre and a host of other
awkward jobs.

Some headings:- Implements of the carpet measurer / Hints on drawing a
plan/ Typical diagrams and measurements explained /To estimate on
carpets /Hints on matching and cutting /A short treatise on
carpets..different grades and how made/ Suggestions for layers/Table of
cutting lengths etc.
