Thanks so much for the links. There's lots of info there. Should keep me out
of trouble for a while. LOL. Helene There's a whole section on Instruction & Tutorials -- check it out, because I'm pretty sure there are tutorials on how to do a cabochon. ~~ Sooz ------- "Those in the cheaper seats clap. There are lots of great tutorials there, but I didn't find one on the
cabochons. That's ok, I'm getting this thing worked out. Helene "Dr. Sooz" wrote in message ... Thanks so much for the links. There's lots of info there. Should keep me out of trouble for a while. Hi everyone. I just posted a picture of my cabochon on BeadersHaven. If you
have any constructive critism, I would welcome it. The cab is polymer clay, another passion of mine for the last year. The album is called Helene, isn't that imaginative!?! LOL. Helene "Helene" wrote in message ... Hi, I'm new to this group and VERY new to beading. I just beaded my first item--a cabochon I made from polymer clay. I hope it's alright to ask a question in this group. I glued the cabochon to interfacing and then added two rows of beading and a ruffle. Now I'm wondering what I do with it to get it to a pendant or pin stage. The interfacing is exposed on the back side. How do I finish that off? I have looked at so many pictures of work by members of this group, and all I can say is WOW!!! Hope I can be there one day. Helene |

Thanks Candace, I am quite pleased with my first try. I would appreciate any
comments if you see anything that I can do differently. I'm not always the best with color, and my bead assortment is small so far. Thanks again Candace, that makes me feel good. What kind of beading do you
do? Beading the cabochon wasn't that difficult, and I think I'll get better as I go along. If that is something you like, I'm sure you'd have no trouble doing it.
