Contents (clean!) of an old bed pillow? Scraps of knit fabric? Purchased polyester filling (usually quite cheep) from shop. Purchased beans for beanbags (or, nick them from your old, deflated beanbag). -- Trish {|:-} Newcastle, Australia |

Forgot to add: purchase a small pillow form (they cost about $2AUS, so should be something like $1.50US) and rip out its contents to stuff your phish. -- Trish {|:-} Newcastle, Australia |

We used old nylons, back when you had to have pretty low standards on Friday to get a week's wear out of a pair. Stockings are a little hard to get smooth, but springy and machine washable.
