Default Extra large acrylic mounts

Hi everyone, I recently bought some long scenic stamps and I need to buy
some long acrylic mounts for them. I tried the internet but did not find a
company which offers them. Have any of you seen a web site which offers
extra large acrylic mounts? Please email me directly because I am not able
to come to the newsgroup that often. TIA Margaret

Have you thought about finding acrylic companies or recycling companies
that may sell scrap. I don't know if you have them there. I found a store
here (Netherlands) that sells scrap, (That's actually the name of the
store,lol)
and brought nice pieces of acrylic perfect for mounts. Had to do my own
cutting
but it was worth it, as I still have lots left. Only costed me $3.50.

You should be able to get acrylic cut for you at a glass shop for a
reasonable price. I have found, too, that with larger stamps it helps to
get thinner acrylic. Its more flexible, and stamps better. I've used as thin
as 1/8th inch with no problems at all.
Hope that helps!
