Default Instructions for Artply Franklin dollhouse

I am missing one small corner of the instructions. I believe the
model is about 15 years old - my mother-in-law bought it and never
assembled it before her death. One small corner of the instruction
sheet torn off, and rather than guess about the instructions I thought
it best to see if anyone still has them and possibly get a copy. It
is part A, Floor and Walls, numbers 1 & 2 and part J Bannisters,
number 5. I have a daughter who is turning 11 and would love to have
this dollhouse. I will ceratinly forge ahead with the construction
even if we can not locate the torn piece of the instructions. What a
nice present from her grandmother!
Thanks in advance for your help!
