Default RE OT thimbles, is someone looking for me.

Shirley here. You have a good memory Jim to remember I collect thimbles.
It is 5.1/2 years since you visited my house and 5 years since I met you
at Cherry Hill.

I add to my thimble collection when I can. The last ones from Scotland
last year.

However things are not so good on the health front. I have recently had
2 radio active heart scans. The results are that I have further
blockages in my heart. It could be in the bypass graft or some of the 6
stents I had put in. I have to see the specialist to discuss the
options.

Also this last week I have been diagnosed as diabetic.
So what with heart problems, a gallstone they dare not remove and
diabetes, I feel a bit bowed under. Life is throwing too much at me at
this moment.

I am hoping to travel to Malta in November with DH to celebrate our
Golden Wedding. I just hope I stay well enough to go. It could quite
well be my last trip abroad.

At least don`t let diabetes scare you, Shirley, although it FEELS scary at
first! I find it doesn`t affect me very much at all - but email me if you
want to chat.

AJ Bennett had some very interesting things
to say about RE OT thimbles, is someone looking for me.:

Feel free to email me as well. I've been diagnosed for almost 2 years.

I'm not diabetic myself, but am the daughter, wife, daughter-in-law
[times 2], and sister-in-law of Type II diabetics.
