Very elegant. With the right outfit, it would be really pretty.
The bad is a nice touch.

My challenge consisted of making a very "simple" piece of jewelry without

using
any lampwork (much more difficult for me than it sounds, LOL). I had to

remake
the piece three times to get the uncluttered look I was striving for. I
scanned the bag that served as my inspiration. TFL!

it is "simply" lovely. Now you must wear it!

Thanks, Bec!! That may be hard to do, though (Mandi already has her eye on it,
LOL, and her B'day is coming up).

Carol that is simply beautiful. I could imagine that being worn by
elegant ladies in the 1920's..

WOW, thanks, Shirley! Since I absolutely ADORE jewelry from that time period,
I am tickled pink by your compliment!!

Very elegant.

Thanks, Kathy! It is often the simplest things that are the most elegant - I
just wish it weren't so hard for me to make them, LOL!!

That's lovely! It is hard to do something so simple, isn't it? You
did a great job, it's very delicate and feminine, wonderfully
understated.

*gasp* Something we *don't* have in common! I tend to wear, and therefore
make, quite simple, elegant pieces. I do love the rich, embellished pieces I
see on this newsgroup and would love to make more ornate stuff, but I would
only wear it on special occasions and therefore I find it difficult to
design such pieces.

Wow, that is lovely! I really like pink at the moment, and flowers/foliage.

Yep, it appears we really do differ on this, Helen. I wear pretty *loud*
clothes, and generally make jewelry to match. It can be a bit much for some
people's tastes, LOL!
