Discounted S.E.X.

The little craft store in my wee town is going out of business (I
really thought I alone was keeping them going!). They had their
Bernat skeins of yarn on sale for .99 each. I loaded up the shopping
cart until it was overflowing. My family has so many cats and dogs
that sleep on the beds, afghans truly need to be made out of washable
and dryable stuff.

I got great colors though! Beautiful blues, a rich gold and nummy
burgandy. I used them for my squares this month so Carol Ann can
testify to the great colors. ;-)

They were selling their display shelves too. I thought long and hard
about them. Then I decided if I needed the same wall of shelves they
use to sell their inventory, my stash is getting too big!
