Default Cindy's Potholder

I just posted a note to Cindy on the group last night re the making of
a potholder. I see that just a few hours later the whole subject has
disappeared from the list of topics there today. If I check 'older
posts' my reply to her is there, but I'm wondering exactly why this
whole subject would disappear so quickly while some posts like those
lovely 'persecution' things seem to stay forever. Just wondering.
And Cindy, in case you didn't see my post either - here it is again.

Here you go Cindy - http://www.quilterscache.com/L/LogCabinBlock.html
- this should help you. The log cabin block is a lot of fun - you
can
just thrown any old colours you want into it. I've never used the
paper piecing method - I just cut the *logs* about 2", they end up
being 1 1/2" when sewn together - much more manageable than 1"
blocks,
especially for a beginner, and you can make however many logs you
want
to get the desired size you're seeking. Give it a try and let me
know
how you made out.

Thanks Val - I was beginning to wonder - it must have something to do
with posting thru Google. Oh well - glad you let me know.
