easiest pumpkin muffins ever
Mix one 15 oz can of pumpkin (not pie filling) into one box spice cake
mix. Bake in sprayed muffin cups at 350. THAT'S IT!!! No measuring, no eggs, no milk, no nothin' else. I didn't believe it until my DH's cousin made some. If you have the pumpkin and the mix in your pantry, you can be prepared for holiday drop in guests. Monique in TX
