Default minkee finish

I finished the baby quilt with the minkee on the back. I didn't have
any problems at all, amazingly enough. I love it! But it is very
slick, and it kept me a little on edge while I was doing it. I
probably won't be running out any time soon to buy more, but ohhhh this
one is so soooofffft.

Default minkee finish

A while back - maybe 5 or 6 years - I backed a funny print with minkee and
sent it to a great-niece who was teething. Her moma says that she would
toddle over to the blanket on the sofa and rub it for comfort. Not quite a
blue ribbon at the fair - but a good, good feeling that I'd sent something
that helped that little darling through a painful toothy time. Minkee's not
as dependable as woven cotton to stitch with but it is surely worth the
challenge. Polly
