Hi, gang, I'm back

My sister gave me a pedometer just for fun. I wore it down there. In one day
alone, it counted way over 10,000!

That reminds me, the hospital where my hubby and I work has sponsored a "Walk
for Wellness" campaign, encouraging every employee to walk 10K steps a day.
Those who signed up received a pedometer; if they meet the goal of an avg. of
10,000 steps a day and go to 4 training sessions, they can get an extra day of
paid time off. Hubby's doing it; I'm not. LOL Can't knit/crochet while
walking, and it's too durn hot!
