I'll check my LBS next time I go. They keep all the extra past issues, and

And some bead stores carry back issues, or you can order them from the

I've gotten bunches of them on eBay. Beadwork also has most of them.
The only one I don't have is Fall 98, which went for over $20 on eBay a couple of weeks ago. Elise -- This is a post-only address.
