I've done a tiny bit of silver/copper. Clean, stack, clamp between two
thick steel plates, bake, product! :-)

Have you had a go ?

I've doen pattern welding with ferrous metals, I've read Ferguson's
book, and the steps are very similar. Lower temperatures, and no flux
seem to be the main differeces.

I have some gold and silver ready to go. I need to get some clean
copper, and then I'll melt a few into traditional ingots.

Regards Charles
