Default Hurricane projects

Well, I was productive in a bead sense during the days without power. I
completed 2 bead crocheted bracelets and one necklace. But, let me ask you
all...what is the best way to end those? I've been using bead caps with bullion
(French wire) to end them and then kind of sewing (and knotting) the tail back
in. It seems like a big PITA though...sometimes the bead caps are askew because
of how the beads are unlevel at the ends. I may be being a perfectionist, but I
can't figure out a better way to end the bead crochet ropes I've been making.
Any ideas? TIA!

Valerie

Some folks run softflex through them, then a bead cap or cone and end with a
regular clasp.

Thanks Barbara! How did I know you would respond to this one? ;-) I've
bookmarked it to read when I wake up and am kicking myself for not thinking
of Googling that.
