The Ram Wools shop in Winnipeg Manitoba might be able to help you out.
Several years ago when I finally finished knitting my Norwegian
cardigan, I got my buttons from them. They have a selection and you
buy them individually, thus no need to buy an extra card for one
button. I think their website is www.ramwools.com They will do mail
order.

I googled "Norwegian pewter buttons" and got these hits. The first place
