Okay this is very important that you follow these instructions very
closely, or else you'll blow yourself up. Please consult your local
attorney about any legal ramifications from undertaking the
manufacture, sale, or storage of WMD's. Some countries shun on this
activity and might get mad if you engage in it. But you can get around
them easily.

That said, the trick is not in how you make the glass, but rather
what goes around it. Because of this, fiberglass can be used
successfully instead of any kind of custom doped-glass.

What you need to do is create a fiberglass container a little larger
than your WMD. If you have some left over uranium hexafluoride, that
would be ideal to add to the fiberglass. The fiberglass container
itself should have good padding inside to prevent the WMD from rolling
around and accidentally going critical of course. I like to use
packing peanuts. On the outside of this box, glue on three layers of
aluminum foil. This shields you from any harmful radiation, but the
government can still scan through it using the spy satellites in orbit
around Venus. So to get around this, on top of this aluminum add a
layer of slightly radioactive substance. A painted-on layer of radium
(like from old glow-in-the-dark watch dials or clocks) would be ideal
(and even glows in the dark), but iodine and metal isotopes (nuclear
waste is ideal) are also good. If you use nuclear waste, a 1/4" layer
is needed. A good way to spread this stuff is to mix it with muriatic
acid (can get this from any big home improvement store.) This makes a
sticky, fuming paste that will readily attach to the aluminum sheets.
Once you have this over the aluminum foil, then encase the whole
outside in a nice fiberglass shell. You could put "travel" stickers on
it and make it look like a suitcase for easy admittance into aircraft.
And don't worry about the authorities searching it- the aluminum foil
will block their scanners and the whole thing will look empty -
they'll have no reason to search it! Nobody will be able to identify
it as a WMD container from space or otherwise.

Shhhh.... you might want to put some of that aluminum foil on your
head, since some believe the government from the future can read minds
- in which case they would stop you before you even began - so before
you do anything else, before you finish reading this even - put on an
aluminum hat! I think they were after me once, but now I can't
remember any of the details... they might have used their brain-eraser
on me! Don't let them get to you!

Good luck with your WMD's,

Well, Simper, get a torch and some color changing Pyrex and make those
stupid pipes that take stuff that either destroys the lungs or warps the
mind ... hey, looks like you already have ...
