Well, they wouldn't assort various restoration profiles to make up a
"case", and the standard profiles weren't that good of a deal vs. what I
was already getting elsewhere. I didn't need 60 pcs of some oddball
profile. I would have bought 6 pcs each of 10 different ones, just to have
on hand "in case".

They are a manufacturer not a retail store. They stock very little and
run whatever profile is needed. The time needed to run just 6 pieces
would cost a fortune.

I have purchased various profiles in 50 pound cases.

Yeah, I know that. But they "had" open boxes of various profiles that
they'd apparently sold out of to someone else, but wouldn't do a mix and
match for me. I do repair work, not fabrication. I need variations, not
quantities.
