Any silicone, E-6ooo craft glue, 3M DP105 2 part epoxy.

There's no "one size fits all" answer to your question. The thickness,
texture, and weight of the glass, the exposure (or not) to weather, how it
is displayed, and probably a dozen more factors enter into the selection of
the adhesive.
