newbie question
I've been doing some 1920s research and came across a mention of a piece of jewely called a "love altar." I assume this is some kind of necklace. Does anyone here have more information on what this may or may not be? Are there any books out there with pictures where I could get a better idea what this thing looked like? Thanks in advance.
