need help finding a specific type of hoop for my girlfriend

My gf lost one of her sterling hoops in my apt the other day.
She doesn't wear a lot of jewelry and really values the look of this
pair. It's basically a silver hoop about 1.5 - 2 inches in diameter, but
it is flat. By flat, I mean the broad side of the hoop faces the side of
her head, not forward. The broad side is maybe 2 millimeters wide.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding something like
this. (Internet or local - i live in Los Angeles, more specifically Santa
Monica)

Sure. Get a high output flashlight and systematically search your "apt"
until you find the one she lost.

Hmmmm you could try www.silverstorm.ca. I think they carry something
similar to that. My friend runs it so send me an email and maybe he'll
be able to wrangle up a discount or something??
