register to win fabric drawings

Just doing the mall crawl competition (by the way, I'm assuming it's open to
non-US residents?) and as I go I'm filling in the "register to win" drawings
that a lot of sites run. With these do you have to go back and re-register
every month, or once you put your name in is that it for every month until
you de-register?

And do people outside the USA win?

Often you sign up for their newsletter as well
as the free drawing. The newsletter will (usually) tell you if you need
to re-register when they announce the latest winner.
Meanwhile, are you dumping the cookies after this mall crawl?

Unfortunately only people with US and Canadian addresses are able to win
Mall Crawl prizes. But you are eligible for the free quilt pattern at the
end if you've found all the puzzle pieces.
