Default Knitting Instruction Question

I am a new knitter - how do you specifically execute this pattern
instruction:
"ROW 1 (WS) Purl, working "YO twice" as K1, P1 -- any help would be
great.....

When you come to the double yarnover you made on the previous row, knit
into the first loop, and purl into the second loop. It makes a larger
hole than a single YO, so don't be alarmed.
