Default Lystre on glass in fusion oven (mirror / reflector effect for light)

Hello,

I am trying to get an mirror effect inside a bowl and some plane
surfeses of glass how do i do?

- can i use a mirror in the fusion oven or does the mirror effect burn
away?

- can i use lystre as u can use at porcelain and clay together with
glass in the oven or does their different structure make them brake up
or other things?

- I know that i can use silver and gold leaves.. is there other
possibilityes?

Menny tanks, I am looking forward to the answers.

Best regards

No - you can not put mirrors in the kiln.
Yes - you can use lusters.
Have you seen the fusible iridized glass?

If you want a shiny effect in a non-functional bowl - you could apply
silver leaf or foil but you will have to protect the surface with varnish or
lacquer.

You can also have the finished piece 'silvered' after heating/ cooling just
as they 'silver' the glass for mirror, m.
