Crystal blosom glaze firing w/ none crystal glazes

I am wondering if when I soak the kiln for the crystal glazes, will
that effect just a plain ol' glaze?

You will have to try yours and see what effect it has, as everyone's is
different.

I have heard of glazes devitrifying on long soaks, making a
clear glaze turn opaque. Don't know how long a soak that
would typically take, or at what temperature range.

Thanks all. I guess when I do that firing, it will be just the
crystals. It's a long fire though.
