Default Kiss the Cook?

Somewhere in my vast collection of charts/books/magazines, I recall seeing
"Kiss the Cook" in block letters with a very simple little chef. The only one
I'm finding right now has more ornate letters, not really appropriate for a
male.

Does this ring a bell with anyone who knows which book/magazine/chart I'm
thinking of? Isolating it to even one shelf (i.e., the CS&CC's versus the
JCS's) would be a big help.
