Default anaclastic and synclastic metal work

Hi

I was wondering if anyone was doing anaclastic and synclastic
metalwork that could advise me on the basic tool to begin with?
I have done some silver smithing for the past 3yrs and would like to
get int the anaclastic and synclastic metalwork esp jewellery.

any advice would be appreciated

I've done some anticlasic raising --bracelets and ring-sized stuff--
and it's really easy to get started. A couple of hammers and a few
grooves in a stout block of wood will get you started.

Michael Good is the undisputed master of this type of work. His site
has a few examples of his work.

PS. If you Google for "anticlastic raising" you'll get a number of good
hits.
