I also want to go to Knitting Camp one of these years. One of my
knitting cronies goes every year and I am endlessly envious of her...

I've been to a knitting camp in Colorado the last two years. I had to miss
it this year due to health issues, but I'm determined not to stay home next
July.

It is so fun to be together for a few days in beautiful Colorado with a
bunch of knitting enthusiasts. This year they were going to have 4 yarn
exhibitors/vendors, and I'm just cryin' inside to have to have missed that!

If you can manage it Wooly, you will have a ball.

You are right. Close is a great virtue.
Cool is a virtue too. (My DW hates the heat.) I do not think I will get to
Black Sheep. Not cool, not close, and I did not like Miami when I lived
there.

Estes Park is very cool. Hmm. . . . . Maybe. I 've had a lot of fun in
that part of the country. This comes very close to being evil enablement :

Did you see http://www.lambtown.com/ at the end of July ?

I'd like to get to Lambtown, Black Sheep, and MSW eventually.
Lambtown is at least a 2-day drive, same for MSW. I'm thinking Black
Sheep is probably 3 or 3.5 days of driving.

I also want to go to Knitting Camp one of these years. One of my
knitting cronies goes every year and I am endlessly envious of her...

I have been to Taos (as an instructor and a vendor) and I may be able
to go to Estes Park next year riding shotgun with a friend who goes as
a vendor. We shall see.

Reply to the list as I do not publish an email address to USENET.
This practice has cut my spam by more than 95%.
Of course, I did have to abandon a perfectly good email account...
