Default Is 'Galaxy' still the largest cut and polished opal?

According to the 1992 Guinness book of records, the 'Galaxy' opal was
unearthed in 1976 from Boi Morto mine in Brazil at 5,205 raw carats.
It was cabochon cut and polished into the shape of an infant's
head/neck (3,749 carats, 5.5"x4"x 1.625"). The book also features a
wow-ing picture of it. My questions:

Is it on display somewhere -- a museum maybe?

Has any other polished precious opal eclipsed it in size since 1992?

I've tried to find out more about it online and off, but haven't had
much luck yet. Then, I found your newsgroup. Thanks in advance for any
help!
