Butterfly (who found out today she CAN have a bit of chocolate as long
as I go REALLY REALLY slow at trying it --ie..not a whole BAG of
choclies --just one or two and then see how I do((gotta watch out for
'migraines' from chocolies/cheese at first too) --AND I can add milk to
my mashed taters as long as I don't have it EVERY day--I *OUTAGED* my
milk allergy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Happy birthday James! It's Ryan's birthday too (one of the young
men at Tesco where I work). He's 20 today. Mat (my partner) turns 30
on the 13th of October. It seems like a lovely time of year to have a
birthday - mine is 8 days before Christmas. I tried having it in June
on my half-birthday when I was a teenager but it just didn't feel
right.
