Well Mirjam, I'm glad you've brought it to us so that we can support you.

Of course you know what they say about people like this, don't you??

''Empty vessels make most noise.'' And this one certainly is rattling away
like an old empty vessel.

And to this person, what a mean totally devious person you are...As far as
Mirjam is concerned, you really dont know her very well at all, or you would
see the determined lady, with a wealth of love, who is on a whole new level
in the social field than you are.. Go away and play little girl, til you've
grown up. Mirjam is much loved by her friends, and you've just been
trodden underfoot like the nasty insect that you are.

From now on Mirjam, stick with us. Send me this persons hate mail to you,
I'll bloody well deal with her... Good for you girl, don't you hide
anything, flippin idiot this person is.

Thanks for sharing with us. Cheers with hugs....Cher

Seanette insulted other people because of me , i felt they are
entitled to know , what`s being written about them, in a place they
can`t see. Than i apologized to them as they were bad named becuase

If she has a Fight with me , keep it with me , don`t pull in other

And you felt the need to cross post this, exactly why? The only thing

Please, Mirjam, go play with the friend's that appreciate you. I, for one, am

Cher,

I don't know who you are, you haven't been a regular here that I'm aware of,
but.....

Mirjam may be a different person, in person, but here on this group she is a
royal pain in the butt.

She corrupts each and every thread she comments on into her view of the world.
Which wouldn't be bad, except her view is completely paranoid and lacking in a
base in reality.

Just last week she told another Jew that she was against the Jews. She is a
sad sad person really, she can't allow herself to enjoy life, but instead
focuses on all the negatives of 60 years ago and insists the evils of the Nazis
are still operating on a daily, personal and global scale.

It's insane.

Cher, if you want to be her friend, that's great, she needs friends. RCTN,
however, doesn't need you encouraging her to spout her crap.

Why should I change my .sig? Telling someone that someone else doesn't
like her does nothing to illuminate possibilities. It's not the kind
thing to do at all.

Ps interesting choice of curse , for someone who a few years ago,
proudly put her City`s name {Salem] on her sigline.

Why do you think it was put there "proudly?" It was neither proud nor
not proud. It was put there to distinquish me from the three or four
other Elizabeths who regularly posted here. I dropped it when I started
participating regularly in the Secret Pal exchanges in hopes that my
return address wouldn't give me away.

But for some reason, you insist on thinking that there is some
significance to the fact that I live in Salem. That says far more about
you, Mirjam, than it does about me, as does the fact that you repeatedly
refer to a fact about me that I have chosen to drop from public view.
If I had a good reason to hide my place of residence, that would mean
nothing to you, would it?

ps 2 i am going to cross post this one as well, i don`t hide stuff

It's not about hiding behind people's backs. It's about engaging in
proper nettiquette. Cross-posting is bad behavior for the most part.
In this particular case, it was a transparently manipulative move on
your part to gain support by cross-posting to a group where you are more
popular than you are here in an attempt to gain support for your
position. I see no reason to follow your bad example.

Elizabeth

Well, it's wonderful that Mirjam has such supportive friends. Perhaps
you could suggest to her that she not cross-post threads that really
have nothing to do with another group. It's considered very bad netiquette
and only causes trouble. This latest brouhaha started when Mirjam
told another Jewish woman, Roberta, who also lost relatives in the
Holocaust that she was part of the Nazi plan to rid the world of Jews.
For some odd reason Roberta took offense to this. Then Mirjam explained to her
at length that her suffering didn't compare to hers (Mirjam's I mean),
then demanded an apology from her! If you don't believe me, go ahead
and read the thread. If this is a whole new level in the social field,
I'm sure you understand this much better than I do. Thank you, and
let the cross-posting cease.

Before this goes on any longer...

{this reply has been cross-posted}
Mirjam has been cross-posting her replies to things that have been said
on rctn. The 'new' people who have popped up on rctn are people from
rcty who are also cross-posting. This is on its way to becoming a
two-group flame war.

We've been through this particular battle semi-annually for *years*. If
you feel Mirjam has twisted your words or personally attacked you, take
it with a grain of salt. If you plan to post to rctn for any
substantial period of time, it will probably happen to you whenever you
make a comment you consider innocuous--remember the Dalek wars? You
will never get an apology. We each have an opinion about Mirjam whether
good, bad, or otherwise. Opinions are bound to disagree. Such
disagreements can be discussed civilly in public (ng), taken to a
private level, or just accept the fact that you don't see eye-to-eye and
drop it. It doesn't matter who said/did what first; we are not a bunch
of three-year-old children. Discuss whatever you wish to discuss,
killfile anyone you want, but please don't feed the flames.

Also, please remember to change the subject line as appropriate and mark
personal, non-needlework/non-yarn topics as OT. Thank you.
