Quilt Central TV : quilted pillow cover with picture of dog printed on the fabric

I missed the beginning of the segment where the host says how big the
picture has to be for this project. When I started watching the
program the host was saying to add a quarter inch seam allowance when
cutting out the picture (after transferring it to the fabric). I was
able to write down the rest of the instructions and know that the
finished pillow should be approx. 19 1/2 inches square.

If anyone watched the show and can help me, I would really appreciate
it.
