Removing Raised letters on Glass Tail lights
I would like to know if anyone can suggest the best way to remove
raised cast lettering on a early glass tail light lens. I have two - one with the raised letters on it and other is smooth. These are red colored lens if that makes any differance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

wet belt sander. you'd have to go through a lot of grits to get it
repolished and shiny again, but it wouldn't probably look the same as the other one. it would be far easier to find another one that matches what you have. "Joe" wrote in message om... Find a local beveller, vertical wheels will take them off and polish it. Have done it on headlights. |
