Default Good Scented Candles

I was in our local Hobby Lobby today and was browsing through their
candle section and their scented jar candles smell pretty good. I am
trying to find an alternate to the Yankee candles. I love Yankee
candles but they are expensive. I was wondering if anyone has bought
and burned the Hobby Lobby jar candles and if they still smelled as
strong when they were lit. I have bought cheaper candles that smelled
really good when they weren't lit, but once lit I couldn't smell them.
