styrene burnout tips?
I, like many of you I'm sure, have experimented with casting all kids of
stuff: insects, plants, small fish and lizards, etc. , but I don't have much experience in plastics. I assume that there are types of plastics that are not at all suited for this, ie: leftover soot or ashes, gas formation problems, etc. Does anyone have any experience with the burnout (for lost wax casting) of "hobby" type extruded styrene strips and forms as you will see he http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDYB9&P=7 Thanks for any and all tips or personal experiences BR |
