Default Emerald Waves Quilt

This quilt pattern is in Quick Quilts magazine Apr/May 2014. It is named Emerald Waves. Not sure why they called it that because it is actually "V's, alternating white with different shades of greens" Maybe Brian can give us the address so you can see it. I made a sample and decided it was too large a block too use because all the pieces are cut on the bias. So I made mine smaller 6 1/2 inch sections and it takes two 8 1/2 inch sections to complete the "V". You put them together vertically. Since mine is smaller I will have to make more rows. If you want the quilt bigger then you will make the rows longer and more rows. The original pattern each section is 8 1/2 inches with two section put together makes one block approx. 8 inches x 16 inches. Just remember that things cut on the bias stretches, so be very careful pressing. Hope you try this quilt. I have never make anything like this before.
Happy quilting,
Sandy$

Hello Brian,
That is the right quilt and I thank you so much for posting it here for me. I also plan on putting an inner and outer border on my quilt. The magazine does not show this.
