Default Need help to identify someone who mailed me fabric

Thanks to some post office (mine or the US one) I recieved a destroyed
envelope today in the mail... the good news is a very beautiful piece of
fabric, kind of pinksih with asian themed fans on it arrived very safe...
the bad news is the envelope did not. My address was hanging on by threads
lol. It was inside an appology envelope of next to impossible to destroy
plastic lol. ( it really did say "we are sorry for destroying your mail")
So if this was from you.... Thank you very much, it arrived... if you want
to contact me about it, you have to remove the nospam in my address. Here's
to the Post Office lol
