Default Fun Seam Ripper Suggestions?

Both of my seam rippers have seen better days. I took a look through
quiltshops.com and didn't find any fun or even funky seam rippers.
While I am sure that none of you ever use a seam ripper, perhaps you
have seen or heard of someone who has a great one?
This would be a great itme for my wish list but I have to provide
specifics..

Thanks for any help you can offer, O great rctq gurus!

ummm I will admit to some ripping.. when I can't avoid it that is ;-)

my favourite one was the one that is a bit bigger than the usual ones - it
gives me more to hold on to as it were.

Mary,

I am unfortunately a career frogger. I love my new Clover seam ripper.

What exactly is a "funky" seam ripper. I bought my
seam ripper from that evil place whose name begins
with "W" (I think). Don't know if it is "funky,"
but it seems to work.

I am not sure. I had this thought that a seam ripper could have some
aesthetic as well as practical value. If anyone knows, it would be
this newsgrop!

My favorite seam ripper, Mr. Pointy, has a bakelite handle, and is curved
and fits my hand wonderfully. When it became dull, I took it to a cutlery
dealer who sharpened it for me. Well worth the money (it wasn't much IIRC)
as my other seam rippers are short and skinny and give me hand cramps.

Oh, but I'm sorry, mine was found with some sewing stuff my mom found at a
yard sale. I only mention it in case you think it's worth sharpening the one
you have.

I too often use my rotary cutter for that purpose.

Somewhere in the depths of the craft room is a light-up seam ripper that
is comfortable in the hand.

That would probably be a Clover ripper - white handle?

Sadly, my current collection does not have sharpness problems. Rather
they are both length impaired.
I did take an intersting look through the vintage sewing category on
ebay just now. No bakelite seam rippers though.
