DuraCraft Large Victorian farmhouse early'90's (NO RESERVE!)

For sale is a large Victorian farmhouse made by DuraCraft in the
early'90's. This lovely dollhouse was found at an estate sale and
is made of 1/8" MDF with pine clapboard siding and cedar shingles on
the roof. The footprint of this large house is 52" by 25". The
height is 43" at the peak of the tower. Room depth is approximately
14"deep. There are 10 rooms and a tiny attic just waiting to be
decorated. The first level has walnut flooring installed, but the
other levels are unfinished. If you have ever wanted to decorate a
dollhouse, but didn't want to build one from a kit, this house is for
you!
