Glueing diamond to watch face
Hello! I have recently acquired a neat old Gruen mechanical watch
(1940s era) with diamonds on the face. The only hitch is that one of the diamonds is missing. Could I simply super-glue a spare, low quality diamond in the missing space? There's probably a "correct" way to affix a diamond to a watch face, but super glue seemed like the easiest way to go. Please let me know your thoughts.=20 Thanks,=20 Craig |
